I have 2 boys and we hadn't had a family photo done since my first son was 1 year old (he's now 6!). I reached out to Jo based on the local moms' recommendations and I could not have been happier.
Let me tell you, I left our session feeling sad and defeated. I actually cried because I felt like my boys were just impossible to get good shots of. They weren't listening and they were being difficult. I just felt like we'd get the pics back and I'd be so disappointed. I WAS SO WRONG! Jo clearly knows what she's doing. She sent me many many photos that were just gorgeous.

I'm British and moved from the UK to Rye, NY in 2005 when my kids were 5 and 7 years old.
Fast forward to 2021 and I still have my accent, although the kids lost theirs within a few weeks of arriving!
We're now US citizens, my daughter graduated college in 2019 and is a Registered Pediatric Dietitian, and my son graduated college in May this year - how did that happen?! Believe me, the empty nest comes around quicker than you expect so don't wait to capture your growing children.
