Hello and welcome, I am Amanda owner of Amanda Rachael Photography Studio in Richmond Virginia. I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, and child of God. I have been a professional photographer for over 15 years. I specialize in Maternity, Newborn, Baby, and Fist Birthday Cake Smash portrait sessions. I started studying photography back in high school before anyone owned a cell phone or digital camera.
I got my training in the fundamentals with countless hours spent behind my lens And in a darkroom learning the techniques and methods behind the art. While I learned the Art of photography *old School* I have made sure to keep up with and perfect the skills used in modern day digital photography, software, and high end professional equipment. My work has won awards and been published in books, medical proposals, and newspapers, as well as used for marketing on many large business blogs and catalogs.
