I love creating photos to remind families that in spite of the fact that the minivan floor is covered in cereal, the laundry room looks like an episode of hoarders, and you and your spouse are in a permanent state of exhaustion, your love and your story are beautiful and so worth documenting.
Family sessions were born out of my desire to capture my first daughter on something better than my cell phone too.
