Party Portraiture

I am a New York City based photographer originally from Connecticut. I have been independently photographing events in New York for nearly ten years. I shoot with the Canon 5DMarkiii and 5DMarkii and use only Canon's L-Series professional lenses and I know how to use all of my equipment. I always dress in accordance with a professional dress code, usually in the classic photographer's uniform - all-black.

I care about your brand's visual representation. Before I arrive at your event, I study your brand. I learn what you do and who your target audience is. I look at images on your website, on your company's Facebook page, and from past events when I can find them. Feel free to send me examples so I don't have to Google-stalk you. A specific shot request list is great if you have one.

My background as a photo editor, researcher, and digital tech has taught me how to be the best photographer I can be - I have a discerning eye and know what's what and who is who in the professional photography industry.
