Newborn, child, and family photographer 
My style is simple and classic. I keep my props very minimal and use simple setups in the studio. I like to use colors that are neutrals, earth tones, and a few pastels mixed in. I want personalities and family connections to be the focus of your photographs. Not props and bright colors.I also believe that if you are investing in professional photography; that your photographs should be timeless and always have a place in your home. We can discuss color specifics and how they will complement your home décor in more detail as your session approaches.
I also am a mom to two little ones. A daughter that is too smart for her own good, and a son that is beyond stubborn. Like all parents, I love talking about my kiddos. Chances are I will share a story or two about them at our session. It also means that I am well versed in all things like Disney, PBS, and Marvel comics, and can always find something to talk about with little ones.

Stephanie's portrait studio is fully stocked with everything needed for a newborn session. Her collection of props have been carefully curated for a timeless style, with touched of vintage charm. Props are from local and international artisans, and include headbands, bonnets, swaddles, backdrops, and more. 
Stephanie Bennett Photography offers studio and on location maternity sessions. Studio sessions are clean and bright, mixed with dramatic gowns and poses. On location maternity sessions are offered in urban settings and wooded / field areas. Maternity sessions are available in a style for everyone. Stephanie has over 60 maternity gowns and dresses available in the studio for us. As a mom herself, she understands the beauty of this stage of parenthood, and loves capturing it for others.

Stephanie took newborn photos of our 2 week old daughter, and she was phenomenal! She did her homework ahead of time and guided me towards colors and textures for the props that would fit in well with our home decor.
At the shoot, she incorporated our 2 year old for some precious sibling shots, and even had her studio equipped with toys and snacks to keep kids entertained.
Something I really appreciated was how patiently she waited to get the right shots. She shushed and rocked our infant and calmly waited out the fussy moments in order to get the perfect pictures. She used every last second of our session wisely!
Stephanie is clearly very experienced. She had props and backdrops and color schemes to fit even the pickiest client. She paid attention to every detail and had every tool she could possibly need totally at the ready. We were so impressed with her work! We highly recommend Stephanie!

I found Stephanie by accident, and when I didn’t even want to take this “style” of maternity photos. I am extremely self conscious, even more so while being 9 months pregnant. Stephanie made me feel completely beautiful, and like a model! The photos were absolutely gorgeous and the presentation of the USB drive and photo book we received were amazing!!!

We recently had "newborn" pictures done for our 5 week old preemie. The pictures turned out so perfect! We love them! Stephanie spent a good 4+ hours with us and our fussy baby. She was so patient and good with her- rocking her and even feeding her a bottle. We will definitely be using her again in the future. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for high quality, creative, fantastic pictures!
