Some of my favorite days are spent with my grandma, looking at old photo albums; it doesn't matter how many times I see them, they always spark the same joy in me. I want to create those same emotions for my clients; real moments that will tell a story about your family and create an experience you will remember. As a birth and newborn photographer I have been observing, capturing and filming new life and the emotional story that plays out for each family for years.
As a mother, I empathize with the need for support during this journey. The births of my three boys were such empowering moments in my life; each one left an impression that will be with me forever. As a birth doula my goal is to help expecting parents feel confident in voicing their ideal birth experience, safe and educated in their decisions and supported from pregnancy through the birth of their child.
Nicole was so gentle & loving! She also made me feel totally comfortable while breastfeeding and never made me feel rushed.

When I capture families I am trying to get real emotion from them, real laughs and connections and it is not so easy to be yourself when there is a camera pointed at you by a complete stranger, am I right?!
This is also why I love referrals, because I truly feel when you work with someone that a family member or friend has recommended it eases some of the unknown a bit.

Capturing your baby's milestones is a beautiful way to document their growth in the first year.
These sessions are done between 3 and 12 months of age.
You can capture the traditional milestone ages every three months or you can book when baby has reached the big ones like rolling over, sitting up and their first birthday!
These sessions are done in studio and reflect a simple & natural feel using the same style you see in the rest of my work.
