I think of this often as I watch my three children grow right before my eyes.
The tween years can be so hard; bodies become awkward, peer groups become competitive, school becomes more challenging and this is the time where tweens begin to form their perception of who they are.
It is my hope that my children will feel the love that surrounds them and this love will fill them with confidence and guide them through their tween years and onward through life's endeavors.
