He loved using a simple, manual lens that allowed him to excel at sports photography-something that would later become the focus of his career. Though he now uses only top-of-the-line Canon equipment, he has never forgotten his roots and strives to maintain the "real" quality of his younger years in every shot.
As a young man he became renowned for amateur pictures he took of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and was swiftly hired on as an official photographer for the NFL. He later worked for the Florida Gators before making the rounds within Major League Baseball and the National Hockey League.
