I create images that celebrate your every day life, the real moments that make your heart explode with joy. I am a lifestyle maternity, newborn, and baby photographer located near Columbia, Maryland. I adore the color white. Rays of light and soft shadows on faces make me dreamy. I get excited by the thought of a long, flowy dress. While driving on 95, I imagine plunking a baby down in the wildflowers I see growing there.
My mind is constantly in photographer mode and, with me on your team, you will receive the fruits of what I daydream about creating for each new client. When I come away from your session, I want to be excitedly scrolling through your images, squealing over what I got. I'm also a wife, mom, and a registered nurse-turned-photographer when I discovered that my love of pregnancy and newborns extended past taking care of them in the hospital!

Be reassured that I will conduct your portrait session with complete professionalism - and maybe a dash of goofy - and leave you with beautiful images that you'll treasure.
But I will totally spend a portion of the drive to you in prayer, asking God to steady my hands and open my eyes to the tiny moments that will make up your memories.
My favorite is showering all the sunblock and sweat off and going out in the evening all fresh and clean.
If they come to the DC area in concert, I'm there.

My first 9 years in nursing was on the maternal-child unit at Howard County General Hospital where I took care of postpartum moms and newborn babies.
I LOVED it and that's where my passion for moms and babies came about.
