In no particular order, here is one image each from most of my photo sessions in 2018. It was a good year. To the people who invite me into your homes and into your birth spaces, you are amazing, and I am so grateful to you for valuing my work, and for giving me a way to do what I love so very much. Most of the time, when I do one of these "Fresh 48" sessions, it's for a birth client. I LOVE to photograph the siblings meeting, and those don't always happen in the first couple hours after birth. I do also offer these sessions for families who are not having their baby's birth photographed. I'll come to you either the day of or the day after your baby is born, to capture some of those first moments.
Like all my sessions, these are very relaxed and organic. I will listen to your birth story if you'd like to share, and we can talk while you adore your baby. Or if there are other family members there, I'm more in the background.
