When I was a kid, I used to read National Geographic magazines like crazy. I was obsessed with the photos and the stories I read. I imagined myself becoming a photographer like that but never told anyone. In the process of becoming an adult, that dream died until it was reborn with the birth of my daughter. When she was a baby, I wanted photos of her so badly, but our tiny ministry budget wouldn't allow it.
My husband surprised me when she was a year old with my first DSLR camera. I experimented, learned, and fell in love with my camera. Since then, I have invested in my education and have been mentored by amazing professionals in my field. I am ready to give back. I love that my childhood dream of becoming a photographer and storyteller has come back full circle to serve you.
