At just days old, Sophie captures the pure and beautiful essence of a newborn baby.
From just three days to several weeks old, Sophie is skilled in the art of safely posing and photographing newborn babies in her studio.
The studio has all of the wraps, headbands, knit rompers, props, blankets, etc. to make our newborn photography session run smoothly.
Little details, such as setting the studio at the perfect temperature for baby, to setting the soothing music of the Hawaiian station on Pandora, Sophie makes sure to prepare each newborn for a beautiful photography experience.

The anticipation, the excitement, the joy and emotion that comes with photographing an expectant couple is just what I love to capture.
Having photographed hundreds of pregnancy photography sessions here in lovely San Diego, I have so many favorite locations to recommend to parents that might not have a particular location in mind.
I especially love to take advantage of our beautiful beaches and gorgeous nature settings throughout the county.
Expectant parents are typically photographed around 34-36 weeks gestation.

Photographing kiddos is so much fun.
A lot of these kiddos, I have watched grow from their newborn session, into these adorable children.
I like to let the kids play and be themselves, capturing their true joy and youthful essence.
Child portrait sessions are a lot of fun!
I love photographing kids in both nature locations and urban spots around town.
We'll work together to pick a location and theme for our session.
Some of my favorite locations are those where colors and textures run wild.
The awesome architecture and colorful walls and buildings in downtown San Diego as well as the vast, open fields of our regional parks really provide us with so many cool options.

The Cake Smash Photography Session takes place in the studio, right around baby's first birthday.
A lot of babies even come in on their actual birthday day!
Together, we will come up with a super fun theme or color scheme for your little one's smash session.

Session price ranges are from $100 to $250 and do not include any prints, products or digital images.
