Birth is hard. It's raw, scary, emotional, and absolutely life changing every single time. It's one of the most incredible things you'll do in your whole life, but you can't do it alone. You need a team to support you through this superhuman journey. As your doula, I am there for you- through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. And at the end of this whole long ride is that moment you see your new beautiful baby for the first time!
That moment is what makes it all feel so worth it. That moment is what we all wish we could bottle up and keep forever as our babies continue to grow.
