Susan Wetlesen is a proud wife and mother to 6 children, a professional photographer, and a sign language interpreter. Susan was born and raised in sunny East Coast Florida. However, she has moved all over the U.S. thanks to marrying into the military. Currently, Susan and her family reside in beautiful Palmer, Alaska, where they plan to stay. With over 10 years of experience, Susan dedicates herself exclusively to portrait photography.
Her photography focuses on maternity, family, and newborn portraits. Newborn portraits are her speciality. It brings her such joy to capture the details of new life. She has established a warm and inviting space with a neutral color palette. The neutral tones create a timeless, organic look for her custom newborn portraits.
