In my younger years; late twenties to mid thirties, I was really into fitness and exercise so I became a fitness instructor and Beachbody Coach.
I meet a lot of amazing people and enjoyed teaching group fitness classes, but sometimes life can throw you a curve ball, that you don't catch and it knocks you down.
