While most cats are photographed in the comfort of their home, many respond beautifully in my studio too. I have lots of tricks up my sleeves to be able to photograph even shy kitties! Horses are absolutely stunning, but capturing that beauty requires a strong knowledge of their anatomy, behaviors and correct camera gear and positioning to photograph them properly.

A few years ago, we lost our loving 12 year old Golden Retriever Sunny.
One day she was happily counter surfing and the next day she came down with an infection that could not be cured.
Two days later we said goodbye.
On the wall of our family room is this 40 image of Sunny in her favorite park with my husband.
I had captured this only months before she passed.
I see it every day and it brings back so many amazing memories.
I encourage all of you to have images of your loving friends that can invoke the same feelings.
