This is our 2nd summer taking pictures with Katie. They always turn out amazing! She is so good with our girls and knows how to bring out their best smiles and personalities.
She is very professional and knows where/when to take the best pictures! I've gotten so many compliments on our family pictures and questions about who's taken them! I highly recommend Katie! Katie is a master with newborn photos! She sets up the environment (temperature, props, shusher, etc) to make the baby sleepy and comfortable. She is prepared and has a great selection of props - knit blankets and scarves, hats, bonnets, and headbands, and more!

I fell in love with photography kind of on accident.
About half way through my freshman year at the University of Central Oklahoma I realized I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life.
I started browsing through the electives and thought it would be fun to take a photography class, but when I went to enroll I discovered only photography majors could take photography classes.
So I changed my major.
12 years, 3 states, and countless memories I have settled here in Carbondale, Colorado with my amazing husband and our four boys.

I recommend booking your newborn session when you are in the middle of your second trimester.
I only take on a limited number of newborns each month to ensure I am free to accommodate them all within the needed time frame once they arrive.
All newborn sessions take place in my Carbondale studio and are scheduled on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's at 10:00am.
Newborn sessions are best when your baby is within the first 14 days after birth.
This is such a fleeting time in your baby's life and they change so much week by week!
I only take on a limited number of newborns each month to ensure I am free to accommodate them all within the needed time frame once they arrive.

We can design the session together; pick the colors, theme, decorations and everything else!
