I'm a wife to Chuck and mom to 5 beautiful children.
I'm originally from sunny Ft.
Lauderdale, Florida.
Being a military family for the past several years, we have lived some of everywhere!
From California and Washington State on the west coast, to New Jersey on the east coast.
Most recently, our adventures entailed us living abroad in Yokosuka, Japan, which was such an exciting experience for me and my family!
We've been back in New Jersey since Summer 2016.
I had no idea that life would lead my down the path of finding my truth passion!

You will find different packages that will hopefully suit your unique needs, in addition to A La Carte options that are available to add to your chosen package.
As a quick note, 50% of the package fee that you select is required in order to be added to my calendar.
The remaining 50% must be paid by week 36.
Unfortunately, I am not able to go on-call for a client until payment has been made in full.
Each family I serve receives my total dedication and support.

While other methods teach the woman how to cope with and manage pain; HypnoBirthing provides women with the information needed to feel relaxed, free of society's expectation of pain, and ready to allow her body to birth in the manner it was designed to.
When women understand that pain is caused by constrictor hormones, created by fear, they learn, instead, to release fear thus creating endorphins-the feel good hormones.

There are so many negative perceptions of birth, but I truly believe that a positive birth can be experienced by all if they have a supportive birth team.
Having a dedicated support companion can change your experience in an amazing way.
Making a laboring mother feel comfortable, respected, heard and honored is my goal as a Doula.
