Eager to learn English, I left my native Brazil, my career, my family, friends and landed in Australia. After living in the country for a few months I felt that I have changed so much, my view of life and the world was different. Realizing this, I refocused my profession to better align my values, and then I met the love of my life. Together, we moved across the world to New York and lived there for 3 years, then almost 2 years in Los Angeles.
Now, we just moved to Switzerland to start growing our family. I originally come from a background in advertising, however, in 2009 I fell in love with photography. I started out photographing architecture, fashion, and even motorcycle racing (which was very fun!). I feel like other types of photography I did were just part of a "portfolio" for different projects, while family photography has a special meaning.
I believe that when I register each family moment during maternity, newborn, or baby photoshoot, it is like giving them the opportunity to record and keep their most important moments.
